
Ingredients:
- Bones from at least 3 chickens
- 4 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder or a piece of finely chopped fresh Ginger
- 1.8 liters warm water
Instructions:
- Place the chicken bones in a large pot and sprinkle the apple cider vinegar over the bones.
- Let the bones sit in the apple cider vinegar for about 15 minutes.
- Add the warm water and boil on a low heat for six hours.
- Use a sieve to remove all the bones from the broth.
- Enjoy immediately or store in fridge for later use.
- Pour broth into portion sized Ziploc bags, freezer-safe containers or silicone muffin pans and freeze.
