
Ingredients:
- 180 g Asparagus
- 30 g grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Lay asparagus out on a baking tray that has been lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle extra virgin olive oil over the asparagus.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the asparagus.
- Grill the asparagus in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until they are cooked, slightly brown, but not burnt.
- Remove the asparagus from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and parsley over the asparagus.
Notes:
If you do not have Parmesan cheese you can try other cheeses such as Cheddar, Gouda, Edam and Emmental.
