
Ingredients:
- 270g Cheddar Cheese
- 100g Gouda Cheese
- 30g Parmesan Cheese
- 8 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 2 teaspoons Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Grate all the cheese and set aside.
- Add the heavy cream and almond flour to a small saucepan, stir the mixture as it heats up slowly on a low heat setting.
- Add the grated cheese, salt and pepper to the saucepan and stir well.
- Keep the heat fairly low as the sauce can easily boil over and burn.
- Add more salt and black pepper to taste.
Notes:
Combining the Cheddar, Gouda and Parmesan is what makes this cheese sauce so delicious. However, you can use Cheddar on its own and still create a tasty cheese sauce.
Serving suggestion:
This sauce is perfect for the Keto Broccolli, Cauliflower and Keto Gratin, and will also work well on burgers, steaks and schnitzels.
