Keto Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 270g Cheddar Cheese
  • 100g Gouda Cheese
  • 30g Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Almond Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Grate all the cheese and set aside.
  2. Add the heavy cream and almond flour to a small saucepan, stir the mixture as it heats up slowly on a low heat setting.
  3. Add the grated cheese, salt and pepper to the saucepan and stir well.
  4. Keep the heat fairly low as the sauce can easily boil over and burn.
  5. Add more salt and black pepper to taste.

Notes:

Combining the Cheddar, Gouda and Parmesan is what makes this cheese sauce so delicious. However, you can use Cheddar on its own and still create a tasty cheese sauce.

Serving suggestion:

This sauce is perfect for the Keto Broccolli, Cauliflower and Keto Gratin, and will also work well on burgers, steaks and schnitzels.
